If getting out of the city AND giving your soul a good dose of TLC sounds like ‘just what the Doctor ordered’ then the Osho Celebration Festival being held this weekend may very well be the perfect adventure for you. Held at Kibbutz Bet Oren, in the magnificent grounds of the Om Centre Resort, the Osho Celebration Festival promises 3 days of active meditations, personal development workshops, yoga, chi gung, tai chi, live music, dancing and movies under the stars.

Located 15 minutes from Haifa and approximately an hours drive north of Tel Aviv, the festival plays host to a delightful array of therapists & body workers from the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, England, Israel and the USA who are presenting a superb range of meditations, lectures and short workshops. Falling in love with yourself, Dynamics of relationships, Chakra breathing, Inner man inner woman, Rebirthing and Melting in love and aloneness are just a small selection of workshops on the program.

Fabulously, the majority of lectures and workshops at the Osho Festival will be in English, giving both Israel’s English speaking population and visitors to the holy land a wonderful opportunity to fully participate in one of the many spiritual festivals created by Israels’ thriving New Age movement.

The Festival kicks off on Thursday at 7.30pm with a high energy opening celebration gathering of dance and live world music which goes on until midnight. Friday’s event schedule opens with the first meditation of the day at 7.30am and also runs through until midnight. Again Saturday events begin at 7.30am with a full program running throughout the day. The Festival closing ceremony, a huge pool party begins at 5pm.
