Parking

If you have rented a car, it is important to note:

Blue and white-painted sidewalks are the symbol indicating that parking is permitted only with the use of a parking card, which may be purchased at kiosks and Post Offices.

When parking in the center of Tel Aviv, you should take extra notice to small road signs appearing in the beginning of each street. These signs indicate that parking between 5pm and 7am is restricted to residents of the area with special stamps on their car. Since those parking signs are written in Hebrew only, we recommend that if planning to park in central Tel Aviv, ask people around if you are allowed to park there.

Red and white-painted sidewalks indicate parking is forbidden.
