Guided Tours of Tel Aviv & Jaffa on Roofless Buses

Capture the unique vibe of Tel Aviv and Jaffa on a two hours guided bus drive through the city. Take your seat on the upper floor of this shining red bus, find a comfortable position, take out your camera and relax, you are in for a wonderful ride covering the major attractions of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. A comprehensive audio guide is available, during the tour, in 8 languages: Hebrew, English, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian and German.
Israel (and Tel Aviv particularly), has a pleasant climate throughout the year and unfortunately, rain doesn’t often blesses us with its presence. This is why the roofless tour bus is likely to provide a delightful adventure on most days, and one should not skip this opportunity to cross the city while enjoying the sun and the cool breeze from the sea.
The Tour starts and end at Riding bus terminal (near Riding Power Plant), but one could hop on or off the buss at 25 different stops on the way. A complete time table and map of the tour, including instructions as to where one can get on the bus and when, can be downloaded at the city-bus-tour web site. To make things even easier, the bus goes through most of the big hotels located along the Tel Aviv promenade.
View the long sandy beach of Tel Aviv, Old Jaffa with its port and markets, the old and village-like neighborhood of Neve Tzedek, the Shalom Tower and Nahoom Goutman's paintings at its lobby. You will visit the busy Carmel Market, drive by beautiful Bauhous architecture on Rothschild Boulevard, circle around the University and pop into the Diaspora museum. Get a glimpse at the heart of the city on Dizengoff Street, peek at the celebrity shopping area of Kikar HaMedina and stop by Rabin's memorial near the city hall.
The first tour starts at 9am, the following tour is at 11am, and after that every hour on the hour, until 4pm. On Fridays and holidays the last tour takes off at 2pm. Tickets are 35-45 NIS (less then 15 USD).
